BLOCK STACK

Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective 25 August 2026

The Korean version of these terms is the original. If there is any discrepancy between the two, the Korean version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using the mobile games and related services (the “Service”) provided by Blockstack (“we”, “us”), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both you and us.

2. Definitions

  1. “Service” means our mobile game applications and everything that comes with them.
  2. “User” or “you” means anyone who uses the Service under these terms.
  3. “Content” means game data, characters, items, in-game currency, video, audio, and any other material within the Service.
  4. “Paid Content” means Content you purchase for a fee.
  5. “App Store” means Google Play, the App Store, ONE store, or any other platform through which the Service is distributed and payments are processed.

3. Changes to these terms

  1. These terms take effect when posted in the Service or on our website.
  2. We may change them, within the limits of applicable law.
  3. We will announce any change, with its effective date and reason, at least 7 days beforehand. If a change is unfavourable to you, we will announce it at least 30 days beforehand and notify you separately.
  4. If you do not agree with a change you can stop using the Service and delete the app. Continuing to use the Service after the announcement means you accept the change.

4. Providing the service

  1. We aim to provide the Service 24 hours a day, year round.
  2. We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, server work, or repairs. We will announce this in advance, except in urgent cases where we will announce it afterwards.
  3. Any data or network charges for using the Service are yours to pay.

5. Changes and discontinuation

  1. We may change the contents of the Service, for example to adjust game balance or improve content. Changes that materially affect you will be announced in advance.
  2. We may discontinue all or part of the Service as a business decision. In that case we will announce it at least 30 days in advance and, for unused Paid Content, provide refunds or other measures required by applicable law and the Korean Content User Protection Guidelines.

6. Your responsibilities

You must not:

  1. modify or hack the Service, or access it by abnormal means;
  2. use automation such as macros or bots;
  3. obtain or trade game data or items outside the methods we provide;
  4. use someone else’s identity or payment method;
  5. deliberately disrupt the Service or harm other users;
  6. infringe our intellectual property or that of a third party;
  7. do anything else that breaks applicable law.

7. Restrictions

  1. If you breach section 6 we may, without prior notice, issue a warning, suspend your access temporarily or permanently, or reclaim improperly obtained items.
  2. If you disagree with a restriction, you can object within 15 days of being notified by writing to support@blockstackgames.com. We will review it and reply.

8. Purchases

  1. We may sell Paid Content within the Service.
  2. Payment is handled by the App Store’s payment system, and that store’s policies apply alongside these terms to payment methods, processing, and cancellation.
  3. We may change the price, composition, or availability of Paid Content after announcing it in advance.
  4. If you are under 19, you need the consent of a legal guardian to make a purchase. A purchase made without that consent may be cancelled by the guardian.

9. Withdrawal and refunds

  1. You may withdraw from a purchase of Paid Content within 7 days, in accordance with the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
  2. Withdrawal may be restricted in the following cases, under Article 17(2) of that Act:
    • in-game currency or items delivered and put into use immediately on purchase;
    • Content you have already used, in whole or in part;
    • randomised items (summons, gacha) whose result has already been revealed;
    • the portion of a divisible product that has already been delivered;
    • time-limited products whose usage period has already begun.
    For divisible products, you may still withdraw from the portion that has not yet been delivered.
  3. Where withdrawal is restricted under section 9(2), we clearly display that fact on the purchase screen so that you can easily see it before buying. If we fail to display it, you may withdraw under section 9(1) regardless of section 9(2).
  4. We will refund you regardless of whether you used the Content if:
    • payment completed but the Content was not delivered;
    • a system error caused a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount;
    • the Content cannot be used properly because of a fault on our side;
    • the Service is discontinued and remaining Paid Content can no longer be used (section 5(2)).
  5. A user under 19, or their legal guardian, may cancel a purchase made without the guardian’s consent (section 8(4)).
  6. Refunds normally follow the refund process of the App Store where the payment was made. If that is not possible, email support@blockstackgames.com with the purchase date, product name, and order number.
  7. Refunds may be limited where your access was restricted for breaching section 6.
Detailed refund standards follow the Content User Protection Guidelines issued by the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Anything not covered here follows applicable law and those guidelines.

10. Game data

  1. Game progress is stored on your device by default. If you delete the app or reset your device the data may be lost, and we cannot guarantee recovery.
  2. Where we provide cloud backup or account linking, you can use it to protect your data. We are not responsible for data lost because those features were not used.
  3. In-game items and currency are a licence to use them within the Service. Ownership does not transfer to you.

11. Intellectual property

  1. All intellectual property in the Service and its Content belongs to us.
  2. You may not copy, transmit, publish, distribute, or let a third party use anything obtained through the Service without our prior consent.
  3. Capturing or recording your own gameplay and posting it online for personal, non-commercial purposes is allowed.

12. Limitation of liability

  1. We are not liable where we cannot provide the Service for reasons beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disaster, war, power failure, or network outage.
  2. We are not liable for problems caused by your own actions.
  3. We are not liable for profits you expected to make from the Service, or for loss arising from information within it.
  4. Nothing in this section limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

13. Governing law and disputes

  1. If a dispute arises, both sides will try in good faith to resolve it.
  2. These terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  3. Any lawsuit will be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

Addendum

  • These terms take effect on 25 August 2026.
