Tank Heroes Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Blockstack handles information in the mobile game Tank Heroes. We are a small studio based in the Republic of Korea, and we try to collect as little as the game can work with.
1. Who we are
Blockstack is the developer and data controller for Tank Heroes. You can reach us at support@blockstackgames.com.
This policy covers the game and services connected to it. Our website is covered separately by the website privacy policy.
The game has no account system. You do not register, and we do not ask for your name, phone number, address, or any government identifier.
2. What we collect

3. Why we use it

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers below, who process it on our behalf.

Because ad mediation routes demand across networks, additional advertising partners may be added over time. We will update this policy when that happens.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where a lawful request is made by an authority acting within its powers.
5. International transfers
We are based in the Republic of Korea. Some of the providers listed above are located elsewhere, which means your data may be transferred internationally.

Where these transfers involve personal data of people in the EEA or the UK, they rely on the recipients’ own transfer mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. You may object to the transfer of your advertising ID by following the steps in section 7, though doing so may limit access to reward-based ad features.
6. How long we keep it
We delete data once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for. Some records are kept longer because Korean law requires it:

7. Advertising and your choices
Tank Heroes is free to play and shows advertising to fund development. Advertising partners may use your advertising ID to show interest-based ads. You can turn this off or reset your identifier at any time:
Android
Open Settings → Privacy → Ads and choose Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalisation. The exact path varies by manufacturer.
iOS
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track.
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, the game asks for your advertising consent the first time it runs, and you can change that choice later in the game’s settings.
Opting out does not remove ads. You will still see them — they simply will not be tailored to you.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted
- restrict or object to how we process it
- receive your data in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already happened
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these, email support@blockstackgames.com. We respond without undue delay. Deleting the app also removes the game data stored on your device.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Children
Tank Heroes is not directed at young children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Under Korean law we do not collect personal data from children under 14 without the consent of a legal guardian.
If we learn that we have collected such data without the required consent, we delete it promptly. Parents and guardians can contact support@blockstackgames.com to review or delete a child’s data.
10. Security
- Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it, and permissions are managed.
- Data in transit is protected with encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
- Access records are retained and protected against tampering.
- Security software is in place to guard against intrusion.
No system is perfectly secure, but we take these measures seriously and review them as the game grows.

12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the update here and announce it in the game at least 7 days before it takes effect — or at least 30 days ahead if the change materially affects your rights.
